The Leadership Institute & Retreat is an immersive experience designed to support your personal and professional growth. Limited to the first 25 registrants, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to deepen your leadership abilities in a supportive and encouraging environment. Set in beautiful Tampa, Florida, the retreat blends relaxation with transformational training. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to enhance your leadership and a renewed sense of inspiration.
Event Structure
Over three days (9:00 am - 5:00 pm), you’ll engage in interactive modules that introduce new concepts and reinforce key skills. The schedule includes group discussions, hands-on activities, self-reflection, and ample time for Q&A.
Tuesday evening: Wine/beer and hors d’oeuvre social for networking and mingling
Wednesday evening: Optional pizza and poolside event for participants and their families
